Day 9

Today was actually a pretty good day. I woke up around 9:30 this morning because Oliver woke up thinking it was 10:30, the time he usually wakes up (thank you daylight savings time). I was still exhausted for whatever reason and tried my darnedest to get him to go back to sleep so I could get another hour of sleep. (Moms out there would probably sarcastically play their tiny little violins if they read that last bit). Then eventually got up around 10:30 after drifting in and out of sleep with Oliver. I actually ate breakfast this morning too! Which is a step up from eating practically nothing all day. After that I basically sat around watching TV (Extreme Makeover: Home Edition) and Facebooking until lunch time came around... at two. I ate and managed to get out for a walk with Oliver and some friends (yay!) before heading to my weekly group. After my group, I went to my grandmother's house and spent some time with her and my mother before getting home about 12:10 ish am. Oliver's asleep in his car seat still and I just got my The Nanny fix. All these Christmas commercials have got me thinking about Christmas presents and the fact that I need a dryer. So much to do for these holidays! At least Oliver has a little Christmas outfit! I'm really looking forward to Thanksgiving actually. Cody will be home for three days : D and then about a week later we'll get to see him again while he's up in Chico. Then we get to travel to Wisconsin for Christmas to spend it with him and possibly go visit some friends and family after in the Chicago area. So as you can see, there's a lot to think about and plan all on my lonesome! Well, it'll all get figured out. Time for bed!

Oliver update: He did quite a bit of talking today. And as usual, he smiled at everyone. These kinds of smiles
